本文用透射电镜观察了湖北钉螺肝脏内颗粒细胞和棒状细胞的超微结构。经氯硝柳胺浸泡后,钉螺肝脏的超微结构发生改变,颗粒细胞和棒状细胞内的分泌颗粒显著减少,次级溶酶体增多,粗面内质网和线粒体由变性至坏死,这为阐明氯硝柳胺的灭螺机制提供了有用的资料。
In this paper, transmission electron microscopy was used to observe the ultrastructure of granulosa cells and ciliated cells in the liver of Oncomelania hupensis. After soaked with niclosamide, the ultrastructure of the liver of the snail changed, the number of secretory granules in granulosa cells and ciliary cells was significantly reduced, the amount of secondary lysosomes increased, and the degenerative endoplasmic reticulum and mitochondria were denatured to necrosis It provides useful information to clarify the mechanism of snail control of niclosamide.
