Jincheng is located in the southeastern part of Shanxi Province, on the west side of the south end of Taihang Mountain. The city has a total area of 14.24 million mu. It has jurisdiction over 6 townships (towns and offices) in 6 counties (cities, districts) and 2415 administrative villages. It is a newly built prefecture-level city in 1985. . In the past ten years since the establishment of the city, the city’s rural economy has continued to develop rapidly. In particular, since the Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal Government made the strategic decision to “grab the construction of a well-to-do village to drive the entire rural economy and social development” in 1992, the city’s rural areas have created an unprecedented boom in well-to-do construction. By the end of 1992, the city
