“党内民主是党的生命”。发展党内民主是一个马克思主义政党保持先进性和创造性、永葆生机和活力的重要保证。在中国共产党将近百年的历史长河中,对党内民主建设的探索与实践就从来没有终止过。在新的历史时期,认真总结和研究党内民主建设的经验和教训,对于推动党内民主,保持党的先进性,提高党的执政能力和执政水平具有重要意义。
