2001年,是进入新世纪的第一年,是“十五”计划的第一年,我国经济能否继续维持这种良好的发展势头,经济发展中有哪些问题,如何对策,这是大家十分关注的问题。为此,国家信息中心预测部和中国信息协会预测专业委员会于2000年年底组织了一次经济专家、教授问卷调查,参加这次调查的专家、教授分别来自国家经贸委、中国人民银行、国务院研究室、国家统计局、国务院发展研究中心、中国社科院、中国科学院、国家计委宏观院、中国银行国际金融研究所、财政部科研所、国民经济研究所以及清华、北大、人大、复旦等高等院校等单位。现根据各位专家教授的问卷调查反馈情况,汇总分析如下——
