水工建设是当前社会发展的基础服务项目,而在水工项目的建设中,有关施工管理的问题直接影响了工程项目的质量,因而具有重要的意义。文章针对当前我国水工建设中的施工管理问题展开了探讨,结合实际工作中的经验教训,对目前工程建设中施工阶段存在的管理问题进行了分析,并针对性的提出了一些改进的措施,希望能够对顺利推进水利工程建设作出贡献。
Hydraulic construction is the basic service project of current social development. However, in the construction of hydraulic engineering project, the problems related to construction management have a direct impact on the quality of the project. Therefore, it is of great significance. In this paper, we discuss the construction management problems in current hydraulic construction in our country. Combining with the experience and lessons in practical work, we analyze the management problems existing in the current construction stage and put forward some measures to improve it. Hope to be able to promote the smooth construction of water conservancy projects.
