本文主要研究了镧 -赤霉素配合物的合成方法及其红外光谱性质 ,并探索了该配合对绿豆、四季豆等豆类作物生长的影响 .结果表明 :低浓度的镧 -赤霉素配合物 (<2 5 0 ppm)能使绿豆、四季豆的发芽率提高 5 0~ 10 0 % ,对其幼苗生长中的根长、茎长分别增加~ 15 %和~ 2 0 % ;高浓度 (>2 5 0 ppm)时则对其发芽率及幼苗的生长起抑制作用 .
In this paper, the synthesis of lanthanum-gibberellin complex and its infrared spectra were studied, and the effects of the compound on the growth of leguminous crops such as mung bean and kidney bean were explored.The results showed that low concentration of lanthanum-gibberellin complex (<250 ppm) increased the germination rate of mung bean and kidney bean by 50% ~ 100% and increased the root length and stem length by ~ 15% and ~ 20% > 250 ppm), the germination rate and seedling growth were inhibited.
