目的分析异位妊娠的误诊原因,提高对异位妊娠的诊断及鉴别诊断水平。方法对本院2002年1月至2007年1月收治的异位妊娠23例患者的误诊情况进行回顾性分析。结果对异位妊娠缺乏认识,症状不典型,过分依赖辅助检查是误诊的原因。结论提高对异位妊娠的认识,详细采集病史,全面认真分析各种医技检查结果是减少误诊的重要手段。
Objective To analyze the causes of misdiagnosis of ectopic pregnancy and to improve the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the misdiagnosis of 23 patients with ectopic pregnancy admitted to our hospital from January 2002 to January 2007. The results of lack of understanding of ectopic pregnancy, atypical symptoms, over-reliance on auxiliary examination is the cause of misdiagnosis. CONCLUSIONS: To raise awareness of ectopic pregnancy, collect a detailed history of the disease, and comprehensively and carefully analyze the results of various medical examinations is an important measure to reduce misdiagnosis.
