水利工程作为民生工程的支柱,随着社会的不断发展,经济的进步,水利工程也有了一个较快的发展过程。我国第一次全国水利普查显示,我国已经建成了98002座水库,共有46758座水电站,装机容量3.33亿千万,堤防总长度为413679公里,地下取水井9749万眼,这些都表明了我国的水利工程建设越来越多。水利工程不仅关系着一方百姓的生活起居、饮食安危,还与当地的生态系统、社会效益、经济利益都息息相关。水利工程的建设规模大、工期长、投资多,涉及到的人力、物力、财力数额庞大,因而水利工程的建设必须要重视对成本的预算及控制。但是从目前水利工程的现状来看,成本的预算及控制方面仍然存在许多问题,无法做到合理有效的控制成本,本文就水利工程成本控制中存在的问题展开讨论,探讨了有效控制水利工程建设成本的具体方法。
