反向抵押贷款的含义及本质 反向抵押贷款是指屋主将房子抵押给贷款机构,每个月向贷款机构“借出”一笔生活费。换句话说,借款者用的是房子还没有套现的“价值”。借款者在反向抵押的安排下,每个月能领取多少,要看房子的价值,增值潜能,以及业主的年龄等。一般贷款机构只接受屋契不少于70年的房子,借款者的年龄也必须超过60岁,贷款的款额每隔3年便会重估—
The meaning and essence of reverse mortgage loans Reverse mortgages refer to the homeowners mortgage their houses to the lending institutions and “lend” their living expenses to the lending institutions every month. In other words, the borrower uses the “value” that the house does not cash. Under the arrangement of reverse mortgage, how many borrowers can receive per month depends on the value of the house, the potential for value-added and the age of the owners. The average lender only accepts houses with a home ownership of not less than 70 years and the borrower must be over 60 years of age. The loan amount will be revalued every 3 years -
