一、前言随着纯氧喷吹转炉炼钢技术的发展,炼钢生产的节奏大大加快,原有的化学分析方法已无法适应炉前分析的要求,加之,炼钢前后工序的增多(如铁水预处理,钢水吹氩,真空处理等)及低合金钢种的增多,对快速分析提出了更高的要求。主要是要求分析速度快,精度高,元素多,含量范围广。我公司二炼钢快速分析室使用了真空直读光谱仪,X一萤光光谱仪等物理光学仪器及风动送样代替了化学分析方法及人工送样。几年来的实践证明,较好地配合了转炉冶炼生产,
