文章利用经典的产出模型对广东产业创新中的技术创新进行了估计,并对技术创新的影响因素进行了分析,得到如下结果:技术引进与消化支出和科技活动中科学家与工程师与广东高技术产业技术创新关系密切,且具有较强的正向影响作用。此结果说明培养创新型人才对广东产业创新有非常现实的意义。结果也反映另一个问题,广东产业创新对外依赖性较强。各个高技术行业回归结果表明其技术创新影响因素与整体基本相同,但强度不同,且广东电子及通信设备制造业对外依赖性不强,主要依靠本土人才进行技术创新,促进产业发展。文章最后提出了优先发展电子及通信设备制造业等高技术产业发展及创新型人才培养策略。
In this paper, we use the classical output model to estimate the technological innovation in Guangdong’s industrial innovation, and analyze the influencing factors of technological innovation. The results are as follows: the technology introduction and consumption expenditure and the cooperation between scientists and engineers in science and technology and Guangdong high-tech Industrial technology innovation is closely related, and has a strong positive impact. This result shows that cultivating innovative talents has a very realistic meaning for Guangdong’s industrial innovation. The results also reflect another issue, Guangdong’s industrial innovation is more dependent on the outside world. The regression results of various high-tech industries show that the influencing factors of technological innovation are basically the same as the whole, but their strengths are different. Guangdong’s electronics and communications equipment manufacturing industry is less dependent on the rest of the world and relies mainly on local talent for technological innovation and industrial development. Finally, the article puts forward to give priority to the development of electronics and communications equipment manufacturing industry and other high-tech industry development and innovative personnel training strategy.
