目的 研究survivin蛋白和PCNA在鼻咽癌 (NPC)组织中的表达 ,探讨它们之间的关系 ,并了解其临床意义。方法 应用免疫组织化学SP法检测 96例鼻咽癌组织中survivin和增殖细胞核抗原 (PCNA)蛋白的表达水平。结果 鼻咽癌组织中有survivin蛋白的表达 ,其阳性表达率为 75 0 % (72 /96) ;survivin蛋白表达阳性的鼻咽癌细胞PCNA的标记指数高于survivin蛋白表达阴性者 ;有颈淋巴结转移的鼻咽癌中survivin蛋白阳性率高于无颈淋巴结转移者 ;生存年限 <5年的survivin蛋白阳性表达率比生存年限 >5年的高。结论 鼻咽癌组织中有survivin蛋白的表达 ,其表达与PCNA有关 ;survivin蛋白能促进鼻咽癌颈淋巴结转移 ;survivin蛋白阳性表达者的预后较差
Objective To study the expression of survivin protein and PCNA in nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) and to explore the relationship between them and their clinical significance. Methods The expressions of survivin and proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) protein in 96 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma were detected by immunohistochemical SP method. Results The positive rate of survivin protein in nasopharyngeal carcinoma tissues was 75 0% (72/96). The index of PCNA in survivin protein positive cells was higher than that in survivin protein negative ones. The expression of survivin protein in cervical nasopharyngeal carcinoma The positive rate of survivin protein in metastatic nasopharyngeal carcinoma was higher than that in patients without cervical lymph node metastasis. The positive rate of survivin protein expression in the survivors <5 years was higher than that of the survivals> 5 years. Conclusion The expression of survivin protein in nasopharyngeal carcinoma tissue is related to the expression of PCNA. Survivin protein can promote the cervical lymph node metastasis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma. The prognosis of survivin protein positive expression is poor
