武术运动员在竞赛中的心理状态直接影响着运动竞赛的成败,因而针对竞赛中的心理状态的训练更显得尤为重要。文章运用文献资料研究法,根据赛场上运动员经常出现的一些不良心理状态的表现,提出三种有针对性的、可操作性的心理训练方法,以期使运动员克服不良心理状态的影响,达到最佳的竞技状态,从而使武术心理训练体系更趋完善。
The mental state of Wushu athletes in the competition directly affects the success or failure of the athletic competition, so it is even more important to train the mental state in the competition.
