经济利益关系的矛盾与冲突,尽管原因很复杂,但根源于体制和机制的不和谐。构建和谐社会,妥善协调与正确处理各种经济利益关系,需要进行体制改革和机制创新。
The contradictions and conflicts in the economic interests are rooted in the discordance of the system and mechanism, though the reasons are complicated. To build a harmonious society, to properly coordinate and properly handle various economic interests requires institutional reform and institutional innovation.
