成人教育质量指的是成人教育过程每一个环节在满足学员个体需要与社会需要的适应性程度及管理体制、机制运作过程的合理性程度,它是一个综合概念。本文分析了影响成人教育质量的因素,并提出了提高成人教育质量应采取的措施。
The quality of adult education refers to the degree of adaptability of every step of adult education process to meet individual needs and social needs of students as well as the rationality of management system and mechanism operation process. It is a comprehensive concept. This article analyzes the factors that affect the quality of adult education and puts forward some measures to be taken to improve the quality of adult education.
