柴达木盆地的南八仙油气藏储层分布井段长,岩性疏松,试采以来出砂较为严惩影响到了油气田的正常生产和开采效果。本文根据储层岩性特征并结合完井和实际生产动态倩况,分析了气井出砂的原因和机理,认识到钻井完井方式不合理及完井液对地层的伤害是造成地层出砂的人为因素。研究还提出了制定合理生产工作制度控制地层出砂的方法,对同类型油气田实施有效开采具有指导作用。
South Paixi reservoir in the Qaidam basin has long intervals of well sections and loose lithology. Sand production has been severely punished since the trial mining, affecting the normal production and mining results of oil and gas fields. Based on lithologic characteristics of reservoir and the combination of well completion and actual production dynamics, the paper analyzes the reason and mechanism of sand production in gas wells. It is concluded that the unreasonable drilling completion method and the harm of completion fluid to the formation are the causes of formation of sand Human Factors. The study also proposed to develop a reasonable production system to control sand production method, which can guide the effective exploitation of the same kind of oil and gas fields.
