目的研究对于老年高血压患者进行常见药物给药治疗的不良反应发生情况和安全用药的分析。方法选取2015年10月~2016年4月我院收治的老年高血压患者80例作为研究对象,对其口服降血压药物的用药情况进行分析,此外统计所有患者的长期用药不良反应发生率情况。结果 80例患者在长期服用降压药的过程中所发生的不良反应包括低血压1例,水肿1例,心动过缓1例,支气管痉挛1例,恶心头晕1例,低血压1例,咳嗽2例,低血钾症2例,总体不良反应发生率为12.50%。结论通过研究老年高血压在长期服用降压药物过程中的不良反应发生情况,进而分析安全用药的方式方法,这对于提高患者的生存质量和保证患者的生命健康,具有非常重要的临床意义。
Objective To study the incidence of adverse reactions and the analysis of safe medication for the treatment of common hypertensive patients in elderly patients. Methods Eighty elderly hypertensive patients admitted to our hospital from October 2015 to April 2016 were selected as the study subjects. The medication of oral antihypertensive drugs was analyzed. In addition, the incidence of long-term adverse drug reactions in all patients was analyzed. Results 80 patients in the long-term taking antihypertensive drugs in the process of adverse reactions include hypotension in 1 case, edema in 1 case, bradycardia in 1 case, bronchospasm in 1 case, nausea and dizziness in 1 case, hypotension in 1 case, cough 2 cases, 2 cases of hypokalemia, the overall incidence of adverse reactions was 12.50%. Conclusions It is very important to improve the quality of life of patients and ensure the life and health of patients by studying the adverse reactions of hypertension taking long-term antihypertensive drugs and analyzing the ways and means of safe medication.
