１．明确办学宗旨，坚持“以育人为中心”。近年来，我校全面优化育人环境，一切从学生的实际出发，一切为了学生。学校的教育、教学、教研、财务、后勤等都是为学生服务的。在全体教师中开展“形象课”活动，让教师以渊博的学识，得体的教法、良好的教学效果牢牢地吸引学生。
