矽肺的发病机制至今尚未阐明,这对矽肺病人的治疗造成困难.动物矽肺模型尤其是大白兔矽肺模型由于比较易于临床和病理观察,常用来研究矽肺机制、药物和灌洗治疗.国内谈光新等[1]、刘正华等[2]采用兔气管环甲韧带切开注入矽尘制备兔矽肺模型成功,为肺灌洗治疗矽肺研究提供了动物模型,取得了一定效果.
