我国江北地区习惯于春天一次采笋,其产量低,效益欠佳。在长期的生产实践中发现,芦笋生长到9月中旬以后,再发出的嫩芽大部分都不能长出有效植株,一般在50~80cm时就出现萎蔫死亡。其原因是由于到9月份植株生长茂盛,通风透光不良,若遇到干旱,则出现新茎萎蔫。而这部分新茎纤维少,品质好。为此,我们进行了一年两季采笋的试验,即春季采白笋,秋季采绿笋,取得了明显的经济效益。

In the long-term production practice found that asparagus grow to mid-September later, most of the re-issued shoots can not grow effective plants, usually wilt died at 50 ~ 80cm. The reason is due to flourish plants in September, poor ventilation and light, in case of drought, the emergence of new stem wilt. This part of the new stem fiber less, good quality. To this end, we conducted a two-season test of bamboo shoots, that is, picking white shoots in spring, picking green shoots in autumn, and achieved obvious economic benefits.
