Coral is a wonderful marine life. People’s understanding of it has undergone a fairly long historical process. The earliest records found in our Han Dynasty, said it “born in the middle, two or three feet high, there is no leaves ”. Apparently, it is a strange plant that has never been seen before. In the West until the 16th century, Spanish navigators left the description of it for the first time as they crossed the Red Sea. In the 17th century, French scientist Peilah visited the Maldives. This time he mapped out the Maldives Atoll. In 1774, when another Frenchman inspected the coast of North Africa, he unexpectedly discovered that the original flower-like plant was actually a greedy meat-eater. However, his discovery not only failed to pay attention, but provoked misunderstanding that he was nonsense. It was not until the 1840s that coral found its natural beauty. Now, no one will treat it as a plant anymore.
