我国社会主义初级阶段的基本问题,诸如为什么我国正处于社会主义初级阶段,它的根本任务、生产关系特征及经济发展的实现方式等等,都应从二元经济结构的分析中来理解。 一 我国二元经济结构是社会主义初级阶段的物质基础。 理论界常常用生产力不发达和经济落后的概念来表达我国社会主义初级阶段的物质基础,以为正因此而使我国的社会主义具有不成熟性和不完善性,处于初级阶段上。我不赞同这种看法。 生产力不发达和经济落后是不确定的概念。如果将之视为质的概念,那么生产力不发达和经济落后是说社会生产力尚未进入社会化大生产阶段。这样理解会从根本上否定我国社会主义的客观可能性。如果将之视为量的概念,生产力不发达和经济落后又很难说明我国处于社会主义初级阶段的根本原因,因为在量的意义上,不发达和落后总是相对的。这两个概念也可以用来描述社会主义未来较成熟阶段的经济状况,因为那的也很难说中国是世界上生产力最发达和经济最先进的国家。这就是说,把生产力不发达和经济落后看作是社会主义初级阶段物质基础的特征,是不科学的。 一个社会经济的发展阶段性,一般地说,是由生产力发展状况所决定的,但具体地说,是由生产力质的组织结构状态所决定的。二元经济结构是一种生产力质的组织结构状态?
The basic questions of our country’s primary stage of socialism, such as why our country is in the primary stage of socialism, its fundamental tasks, the characteristics of production relations and the ways of economic development, should all be understood from the analysis of the dual economic structure. The dualistic economic structure in our country is the material basis for the primary stage of socialism. Theorists often use the concept of underdevelopment and economic backwardness to express the material foundation of our country’s primary stage of socialism and think that it is at an early stage that our country’s socialism is immature and imperfect. I do not agree with this view. Underdeveloped productivity and backward economy are uncertain concepts. If we regard it as the concept of quality, the underdeveloped productivity and the backward economy mean that social productivity has not yet entered the stage of socialized mass production. Such understanding will fundamentally deny the objective possibility of our socialism. If viewed as a concept of quantity, underdevelopment and economic backwardness can hardly explain the root cause of our country in the primary stage of socialism, because in the sense of quantity, underdevelopment and backwardness are always relative. These two concepts can also be used to describe the economic situation in the more mature stage of socialism. It is hard to say that China is the most productive and economically advanced country in the world. This means that it is unscientific to regard underdevelopment of productive forces and economic backwardness as characteristics of the material foundation of the primary stage of socialism. The stage of development of a society and economy, in general, is determined by the development of the productive forces, but more specifically, by the state of the organizational structure of the productive forces. Is the dual economic structure a productive organizational structure?
