随着城市化的发展和汽车的普及,汽车拥有量不断增加,城市停车难成为当今世界各国面临的共同难题。无论是发达国家,还是发展中国家,都毫无例外地承受着停车场容量和汽车拥有量严重不对称的现实,致使有车无处停,以及停车场设备科技含量低的困扰。我们知道,要解决停车难最直接的方法是多修建停车场,但城市可供修建停车场的资源有限,这种供需矛盾的日益严重性已经被人们广泛认知。因而,从系统的角度出发,将停车场、停车诱导系统、停车场管理系统用通信、计算机、传感与控制等先进技术有效地集成,建立于一种在城市大范围的实时、准确、高效的数字化、网络化、智能化综合停车诱导、管理系统是城市停车场发展的必然趋势。
