前不久,多家手机厂商和芯片厂商向高通提起申诉,欧盟将就授权费用问题对高通展开调查。一波未平,一波又起,就在同一天,又传出高通已经向美国国际贸易委员会提起申诉的消息,高通指控诺基亚侵犯了其6项GSM相关专利。这标志着各大企业的知识产权纠纷进一步升级,知识产权问题也引起了国际社会的广泛关注。就在这些企业被知识产权纠纷所困扰的时候,IBM却提出了“专利是‘白痴’游戏”的理念,并摆出姿态,公开自己的标准。IBM的这一作法得到了SUN、惠普等公司的推崇,同时也遭到了微软等公司的强烈反对。
