一、概述在工业生产中,温度是最普遍、最重要的热工参数之一,故其测量是很必要的。目前,广泛使用的主要测温元件是热电阻和热电偶,它们在测温领域的作用无容置疑。但是,这两类元件(除铜热电阻外)的分度特性是非线性的,这给数字检测仪表的准确测量带来一定困难。因此,进行非线性校正显得很有必要。从校正的过程来看,可分为模拟化校正和数字化校正两种方式。模拟化方式简单经济,数字化方式使精度提高,但线路复杂,成本高。因此,目前处在生产阶段的数字测温仪表,采用模拟化方式还较为普遍。

Therefore, non-linear correction is necessary. From the calibration process point of view, can be divided into two kinds of analog correction and digital correction. Simulated way is simple and economical, digital way to improve the accuracy, but the line complexity, high cost. Therefore, the current digital thermometer in the production stage, the use of simulation is also more common.
