对工作波长为1.5μm的全封装和引线极性(Pigtail Potarization)相关的Ti:LiNbO_34×4集成光学开关,进行了试验论证。开关矩阵速度快,测量的3分贝小信号频带宽度大于1GHz。测量了由于开关元件间的耦合而引起光通道间的不必要的交叉调制,并发现其信号强度小于-20分贝。本开关由平衡电桥开关元件构成,它们具有1ηV的开关电压,18分贝的消光比和0.6分贝的多余光学损耗。
Experiments have been carried out on a fully encapsulated Ti: LiNbO_34 × 4 integrated optical switch with a working wavelength of 1.5μm and a pigtail potential. The switching matrix is fast, measuring 3 dB small signal bandwidth is greater than 1GHz. The unnecessary cross-modulation between the optical channels due to the coupling between the switching elements was measured and the signal strength was found to be less than -20 dB. The switch is made up of balanced bridge switching elements that have a switching voltage of 1ηV, an extinction ratio of 18 dB and an extra optical loss of 0.6 dB.
