笔者分别对运营流程各个环节中所涌现出来的对资金周转效率产生一定程度影响的因素进行分析,并且提出了能够使资金周转效率得到一定程度的提升所应当采取的措施。与此同时,企业如果想要对措施的有效落实做出一定程度的保障,企业还需要制定出来有效性相对来说比较强的管理运行机制。通过在企业发展进程向前推进的过程中施行有效性相对来说比较强的管理运行保障机制,为能够使运营资金周转效率得到一定程度的提升的精细化管理落实情况做出一定程度的保障,从而使企业的运作能力以及所能够获得的经济效益得到一定程度的提升。
The author separately analyzes the factors which affect the turnover efficiency of funds emerging in every link of the operation process and puts forward the measures that should be taken to improve the efficiency of capital turnover to a certain extent.
