急性多神经病系肝炎少见的并发症,最早为Hurst在第一次世界大战期间所观察到.其后,Guillain,Bane’和Strohl首先描述了一种急性上升性多神经炎征群.早在1065年发现澳大利亚抗原及其后确定乙型肝炎之前,即有许多关于多神经病与肝炎关系的零星报告.本文报告一例急性多神经炎伴发乙型肝炎,男性患者,61岁,三周前双下肢无力,两天前下肢远端发麻,否认背部及肢体疼痛,感觉异常和复视.患者一般状态尚可,巩膜无黄染,肝脏无触痛,肝脾不大.颅神经正常,双下肢对称性
