本文报告1例HLA单倍型相合急性淋巴细胞白血病骨髓移植成功造血功能恢复情况。通过与HLA相合者比较,HLA单倍型相合骨髓移植后不影响骨髓粒单祖细胞(CFU-GM)和造血功能恢复速度;急性严重移植物抗宿主病(GVHD)可抑制CFU-GM生长和造血功能的恢复。骨髓CFU-GM测定不但是骨髓移植植活的最早观察指标,而且可能是骨髓抑制的最早反应。
This article reports a case of HLA haplotype combined with acute lymphoblastic leukemia bone marrow transplantation success of hematopoietic recovery. HLA haplotype-matched bone marrow transplantation did not affect the CFU-GM and hematopoietic recovery rate after HLA haploidentical HLA matching. Acute severe graft-versus-host disease (GVHD) inhibited CFU-GM growth and Hematopoietic function recovery. Bone marrow CFU-GM determination is not only the earliest bone marrow transplant survival observation, and may be the earliest bone marrow suppression response.
