贵阳市人民政府办公厅文件筑府办发[2012]3号各区、市、县人民政府,市政府有关工作部门:为进一步加强我市烟花爆竹安全监管工作,切实加强组织领导,强化各职能部门之间的联系与协作,健全完善安全监管机制,提高安全监管工作效率,预防和减少烟花爆竹事故发生,保障人民群众生命财产安全,根据《烟花爆竹安全管理条例》、《贵州省各地人民政府和有关部门安全生产监督管理责任的规定》以及《贵阳市烟花爆竹安全管理办法》等有关法律法规,按照《国务院办公厅转发安全监管总局等部门关于进一步加强烟花爆竹安全监管工作意见的通知》(国办发[2010]53号)的有关要求和工作安排,经市人民政府研究,决定建立贵阳市烟花爆竹安全监管联席会议制度(以下简称“联席会议”)。现就有关事项通知如下:一、联席会议的组成联席会议由市人民政府分管领导为召集人,市政府分管副秘书长及市安监局、市公安局、市交通运输局、
