本文阐述了用于大型天文光学望远镜主、付镜的气压、液压支承的运行原理及结构形式和设计方法。对水银套侧支承,简要介绍了水银管套的制作与水银的灌注;对气垫底支承,简要介绍了随天顶距余弦变化的压力调节器。这种新颖的支承方式与传统的量锤杠杆浮动系统相比,其特点是结构简单、重量特轻、支承面大、支承力小而均匀,因此可更好的保持精确面形、增大反射镜的径厚比、大大减轻了镜室重量。
This paper describes the operating principles and structural forms and design methods of air pressure and hydraulic support for large astronomical optical telescopes. A brief introduction to the production of mercury tube and the injection of mercury is given on the side support of mercury. Compared with the traditional mallet lever floating system, this novel supporting method is characterized by simple structure, light weight, large supporting surface and small and uniform supporting force so as to better maintain the precise surface shape and increase the reflection Mirror diameter ratio, greatly reducing the weight of the mirror room.
