20年前,受到武夷山地区赤楠资源被破坏和浪费的触动,武夷山南麓建瓯市徐墩镇的盆景爱好者王建一先生租了20亩山地,创办起武夷山盆景生态育桩基地。时至今日,这个基地已发展成为以赤楠为特色的盆景生产基地。赤楠盆景是深受广大爱好者喜爱的盆景。去年底,中国花卉盆景杂志社转来西北一位朋友的电话,这位朋友与我交流的就是对赤楠盆景的热爱。赤楠树干矮短,并常见横、斜、卧、悬、弯曲交错的多变形态。树干基部多有隆起根盘,并伸出发达的放射形或盘曲形的根蔓。树皮外层多被覆茶褐色粗砺表皮,呈苍古雄劲之势。常有低位发枝,枝节密集,间距短。叶片细小,常年苍翠碧绿(图1)。修剪之后新芽初发,釉红鲜亮,玉润晶莹、如彩云出岫,实在惹人喜爱,所以也有人称它为红杨(图2)。武
Twenty years ago, being touched and destroyed by the destruction and waste of red chinan resources in Wuyishan district, Mr. Wang Jianyi, a bonsai lover of Xu Dun Town, south of Wuyishan, rented 20 mu of mountainous land and founded Wuyi Mountain bonsai ecological breeding pile base.
