一、前言在车床上采用液压进给系统多刀切削加工如图1所示的一类零件时,前刀架必需有一定的横向进给量,这样就可以调整刀具位置,按图2所示的顺序循环,对工件进行切削加工。而为了实现这样的工作循环,可以有各种各样的方案,采用电磁换向阀控制油缸移动方向,调速阀控制进给速度,以及其他阀和电气行程开关等等。而对象我厂这样的小厂,要制造精度要求较高的阀类是有困难的。
