物权法的一个基本原则是公示和公信原则。公信力原则乃以登记权利视为正当的原则,是为保护因信赖登记而取得不动产权利的第三人及他人而设。而异议登记和更正登记则有击破登记公信力之效力。
One of the basic principles of the Property Law is the principle of publicity and credibility. The principle of credibility is regarded as a legitimate principle of registration rights and is designed to protect third parties and others who acquire real property rights through registration with trust. Opposition registration and correction registration have the effect of breaking the credibility of registration.
