近10多年来显微外科技术的发展,促进了颞筋膜瓣移植的应用与创新,如预先植皮的颞筋膜岛状瓣转移修复烧伤耳畸形,皮下轴型筋膜瓣在头部修复中的应用,颞筋膜瓣转移加植皮一次小耳再造,颞区血管化皮瓣的游离移植,及带血管蒂的颞筋膜瓣转移矫正半侧颜面萎缩症等,均获得较好的效果。本文通过典型病例介绍,将颞筋膜瓣在颜面畸形整复中应用的体会报告如下。
