1994年在治淮事业的发展史上是值得纪念的一年。国务院第三次治淮治太会议以后,在国务院领导亲自督促下,在国家计委、水利部的直接领导下,豫、皖、苏、鲁四省各级党委、政府和四省人民共同努力,治淮攻坚取得了突破性的进展。在我们面前展现了广阔的团结治水前景。这使得我们能从容地迈进了1995年,并对新一年治淮的大干快上充满了信心。
In 1994, it was a memorable year in the history of the development of the Huai River administration. Under the direct leadership of the State Planning Commission and the Ministry of Water Resources, the party committees and governments at all levels of the four provinces of Henan, Anhui, and Shandong Province and the people of the four provinces worked together after the third State Council convene the Huai Zhi Conference. The breakthrough in governing Huai made a breakthrough. In front of us, we have demonstrated a vast prospect of unity and flood control.
