业务档案管理是医保经办机构最重要的基础工作之一,做好医疗保险档案工作,对推动医疗保险事业持续发展具有重要的意义。根据人社部办公厅和人社部社保中心的部署要求,为确保实现三年内(2012年底前)福建省所有医保经办机构全部通过业务档案管理达标验收的目标,2011年9月起,福建省社保业务档案验收小组对福建省2011年第一批申请达标验收的医保经办机构进行了达标验收。参加这次达标验收的部分医保经办机构业务档案管理工作成绩突出。泉州、三明两设区市档案工作整体推进,所辖县(区)医保经办机构均以优异成绩通过验收;泉州市对部分保管期限较长的医保业务档案进行了电子化扫描,走在福建省的前列;平潭市医保中心全员发动,齐心协力,按部3号令要求完成对中心成立以来所有历史档案的规范整理工作;福鼎市医保中心精心筹备,认真迎检,以业务档案标准化建设为契机,推动医保经办窗口服务规范化和标准化建设,提升服务质量和管理水平,各方面表现突出,取得验收得分位居福建省第一批申请达标验收医保经办机构第一名的好成绩。
