建立和完善社会主义市场经济体制,是党的划时代的伟大决策,也是一项十分艰巨、复杂的系统工程。十一届三中全会以来,我们党在认真总结历史经验的基础上,开始全面进行经济体制改革,到党的十四大逐步形成了一套系统的市场经济理论和实践。1993年11月发布的《中共中央关于建立社会主义市场经济体制若干问题的决定》,正式确立了经济体制改革的目标——建立社会主义市场经济体制。在由计划经济体制向社会主义市场经济体制伟大的转变中,档案工作也随之变革,即档案工作要迅速转变到为社会主义市场经济建设服务上来。这是档案工作战线面临的一个重要任务,下面就如何使档案工作更好地为社会主义市场经济服务,结合学习社会主义市场经济理论,谈几点粗浅的认识。
Establishing and perfecting the socialist market economic system is a great epoch-making decision by the party and a very arduous and complex systematic project. Since the Third Plenary Session of the 11th CPC Central Committee, our party has started a comprehensive reform of the economic system on the basis of earnestly summarizing historical experiences and has gradually formed a systematic theory and practice of market economy by the 14th CPC National Congress. The “Decision of the CPC Central Committee on Several Issues Concerning the Establishment of a Socialist Market Economic System,” promulgated in November 1993, formally established the objective of economic structural reform - establishing a socialist market economic system. In the great transformation from a planned economic system to a socialist market economy, archives work has also changed. That is, archives work needs to be rapidly transformed to serve the socialist market economy. This is an important task facing the archival work front. Here are some superficial understandings on how to make archival work better for the socialist market economy and for studying the socialist market economy theory.
