目的对有心理危机倾向医学生进行系统心理技能训练效果的观察与评价,探索心理危机预防性干预的有效途径与最佳教育方式。方法以某高校筛查有明显心理和行为问题的76名医学生为对象,应用心理症状自评量表、CPS、社会支持评定量表、焦虑自评量表和抑郁自评量表进行问卷调查,观察训练组与对照组于训练前后各量表变化程度。结果系统的心理技能训练可明显提高有心理危机倾向学生的社会支持、积极应对、心理韧性的强度,能及时消除引起心理危机的倾向,减弱或消除强化因素。结论心理技能训练能全面提高心理素质,对心理危机预防性干预教育效果显著。
Objective To observe and evaluate the effect of systematic psychological skills training on medical students who are prone to psychological crisis, and to explore effective ways and best education methods of preventive intervention in psychological crisis. Methods A total of 76 medical students who had significant psychological and behavioral problems screened at a university were enrolled in this study. Questionnaires were conducted using the Psychological Symptom Self-rating Scale, CPS, Social Support Rating Scale, Self-rating Anxiety Scale and Self-rating Depression Scale. Observed training group and control group before and after training the scale changes. Results The system of psychological skills training can significantly improve students’ social support, active coping and psychological resilience with psychological crisis, can promptly eliminate the tendency of causing psychological crisis and weaken or eliminate the strengthening factors. Conclusion Psychological skills training can improve the overall quality of psychological education, psychological intervention preventive education effect is remarkable.
