通过对宝交和丰香2个草莓主栽品种在华南浮根式蔬菜水培技术模式下种植,比较其花序形成、果实采收进度及果实商品性和产量。结果表明:丰香的品质较好,可溶性固形物高达9.2％,商品果率达79％、比宝交高15％左右,667m~2产量达1154.4kg、比宝交高27.9％。
The two strawberry cultivars in Baojiao and Fengxiang were planted in the floating-root vegetable hydroponic culture in southern China. The inflorescence formation, fruit harvest progress, fruit commerciality and yield were compared. The results showed that: the quality of Fengxiang was better, the soluble solid content was as high as 9.2%, the commodity fruit rate was 79%, about 15% higher than that of Baojiao, the yield of 667m ~ 2 reached 1154.4kg, 27.9% higher than that of Baojiao.
