高职商务英语专业在珠三角区域是具有发展前景的热门专业之一,其人才培养模式的制定影响着地区经济的发展。但如今,珠三角地区高职院校在商务英语人才培养中存在不少缺陷和不足,导致商务英语专业毕业生处于理论经验不足和实践操作缺乏的尴尬境地。为更好地服务于珠三角区域经济,以问卷调查的形式对2所广东省内高职院校近200名商务英语专业学生进行个体需求现状的调查,并对15个相关企业进行社会需求的调研。综合对学习者个体需求和社会需求的分析,对当前的珠三角高职商务英语人才培养模式、课程设置、师资队伍建设等方面指出不足,并进行相应的思索和探讨,对改进高职商务英语教学和就业提出可行性建议和策略。
The business English major of higher vocational education is one of the most popular professions in the PRD region. The formulation of its personnel training mode affects the development of regional economy. However, nowadays, there are many shortcomings and deficiencies in the cultivation of business English talents in higher vocational schools in the Pearl River Delta. As a result, business English graduates are in the awkward position of lack of theoretical experience and practical operation. In order to better serve the PRD regional economy, a survey of nearly 200 business English majors in two higher vocational colleges in Guangdong Province was conducted to investigate the current situation of individual needs in the form of questionnaires. The social needs of 15 related enterprises Research. Based on the analysis of the individual needs and social needs of learners, this paper points out the shortcomings of the current training model, curriculum and faculty construction of business English talents in the PRD, and makes corresponding considerations and discussions on the improvement of business English in higher vocational schools Teaching and employment to put forward feasible suggestion and tactics.
