自1990年12月上海证券交易所和1991年7月深圳证券交易所成立以来,证券市场已成为我国社会主义市场经济的重要组成部分。与此同时,证券业信息化建设也得到了长足的进步,目前,各证券经营机构都已建立了各自的电子化业务处理系统,在股票的发行、交易、清算、信息披露、信息咨询与服务等方面,信息技术应用的深度和广度都得到了空前的扩展,计算机与网络通信技术已成为支撑各项证券业务运转的关键设施。
