当前各种网络心理疾病犹如秋风烈火在青年学生中间肆虐蔓延,这不能不引起广大教育工作者的忧心与焦虑。本文认为,网络心理疾病对青年学生的侵害,如同计算机病毒对计算机系统的危害一样具有潜伏性、针对性、触发性、破坏性、传染性和变种性,因此我们强烈呼吁国家出台《青少年网络健康法》,极力倡议社会、学校、家长联合建立一整套的长效诊治机制,要像预防计算机病毒那样,为青年学生建立起一道道网络心理健康的“防火墙”。
At present, all kinds of network psychological diseases like autumn winds are spreading among young students, which can not but arouse the worries and anxieties of educators. This paper argues that cyber-mental illness infringes upon young students just as latent, targeted, triggered, destructive, contagious and mutable as cyber-viruses do harm to computer systems. Therefore, we strongly urge the state to promulgate “Adolescent Network Health Act, ”strongly advocating the establishment of a set of long-term diagnosis and treatment mechanisms jointly by the society, schools and parents, and establishing a“ firewall ”for the mental health of young students as prevention of computer viruses.
