映秀湾电站引水系统的取水口、无压洞进口和有压洞进口分别各设置一道拦污栅,作为电站的取水防污设施。运行以来,由于电站没有可靠的清污设施,拦污栅经常被堵塞,影响正常发电和建筑物的安全。根据运行实践和岷江污物的特点,在无压洞进口拦污栅前装设了自制的捞污机,配合首部枢纽的运行方式,基本上解决了电站的清污问题。本文拟就捞污机及清污设施的布置,捞污机的构造和清污运行作一简要介绍。
Yingxiuwan hydropower station diversion system water intakes, imports of non-pressure hole and pressure hole imports were set up a trash rack, as a power plant water pollution prevention facilities. Since operation, the trash rack is often clogged due to the lack of reliable decontamination facilities in the power station, affecting normal power generation and building safety. According to the operation practice and the characteristics of Minjiang River sewage, a self-made fishing machine was installed in front of the trash-bar without pressure tunnel to meet the first hub’s operation mode and basically solve the pollution problem of the power station. In this paper, we will give a brief introduction of the arrangement of the sewer cleaning and cleaning facilities, the construction of the sewer cleaning machine and the cleaning operation.
