1995年5月4日下午,省农科院内鞭炮齐鸣,热闹非凡,职工们夹道欢迎一位“贵宾”。当一位满头银发、胸带红花和奖章的人从车上走出时,人们好象见到了久别重逢的亲人,争相上前与他亲切握手。一位青年团员向他献上一束鲜花,顿时掌声雷鸣……他就是刚从北京全国劳模大会上载誉归来的省农科院旱农所副所长、高级农艺师秦富华同志。
