少数民族流动人口管理联动机制是“广佛肇一体化”情境下的加强少数民族流动人口管理和提供优质服务的重要保障,对于“广佛肇一体化”的稳定发展、人力资源的有序流动以及和谐民族关系的巩固发展具有十分重要的意义。但实践中少数民族流动人口规模的不断扩大、少数民族流动人口的复杂敏感性以及三市联动管理服务的体制障碍等问题,给少数民族流动人口联动管理服务带来一定的困难。应当根据形势发展的需要,制定一体化的少数民族流动人口管理服务法规,建立一体化的少数民族流动人口管理服务体制,建立资源共享的少数民族流动人口动态信息数据平台。
The linkage mechanism for the management of the floating population of ethnic minorities is an important guarantee for strengthening the management of the floating population of ethnic minorities and providing quality services in the context of “integration of Guangfo and Zhaochao”. According to the needs of the development of the situation, we should formulate an integrated service regulation on the management of floating population of ethnic minorities, establish an integrated service system for the management of ethnic minority population, and establish a dynamic information and data platform for minority-owned floating population that is resource-sharing.
