人们常说,管理是通过别人的手来完成工作。这句话基本上是对的,但是也害死很多人。很多人没听过这句话时,事必躬亲,做得很多。但是听了这句话以后,认为自己不能做,否则就不叫做管理,所以就变成什么事都不做。一个人由事必躬亲到什么事都不做,这是两个极端,都是错的。这句话我们要小心听。每个人多少自己做一点事情,同时也要通过别人来完成一些事,只是在比例上不同
