重庆市人民政府令第307号《重庆市建设工程造价管理规定》已经2016年10月12日市人民政府第144次常务会议通过,现予公布,自2017年1月1日起施行。市长黄奇帆2016年11月15日第一章总则第一条为加强建设工程造价管理,规范建设工程计价行为,合理确定和有效控制建设工程造价,保障工程质量和安全,维护工程建设各方的合法权益,根据《中华人民共和国建筑法》《中华人民共和国招标投标法》和有关法律法规,结合本市实际,制定本规定。第二条在本市行政区域内从事建设工程计价依据制定、造价信息发布、造价确定与控制、造价咨询与执业等活动,适用本规定。
Order of Chongqing Municipality No. 307 “Chongqing Construction Project Cost Management Regulations” was passed by the 144th executive meeting of the Municipal People’s Government on October 12, 2016 and is hereby promulgated and will come into force on January 1, 2017. Mayor Huang Qifan November 15, 2016 Chapter I General Provisions Article 1 In order to strengthen construction project cost management, standardize construction project pricing behavior, reasonably determine and effectively control the construction project cost, ensure project quality and safety, and safeguard the construction parties Lawful rights and interests, according to the “People’s Republic of China Construction Law”, “People’s Republic of China Bidding Law” and the relevant laws and regulations, combined with the actual city, the provisions of this provision. Article 2 These Provisions shall apply to activities such as pricing basis of construction projects, information release of manufacturing cost, determination and control of construction costs, consulting and practicing of construction costs, etc. within the administrative area of this Municipality.
