为了给有机杏园害虫防治提供理论依据,选取2种有机农药在杏园内进行了防治黄斑长翅卷叶蛾和桃粉大尾蚜的药效试验,并分别测定其室内毒力。结果表明:制剂用量0.6%氧苦·内酯AS12mg/L和5%天然除虫菊素EC100mg/L防治桃粉大尾蚜效果均较好,施药后7d的校正防效分别为99%和100%;0.6%氧苦·内酯AS12mg/L防治黄斑长翅卷叶蛾幼虫药后7d防效达到93.75%,明显好于5%天然除虫菊素EC100mg/L。采用夹毒叶片法测定了0.6%氧苦·内酯AS和5%天然除虫菊素EC对黄斑长翅卷叶蛾幼虫的毒力,其LC50值分别为5.7886、80.6836mg/L;浸渍法测定了0.6%氧苦·内酯AS和5%天然除虫菊素EC对桃粉大尾蚜的毒力,其LC50值分别为9.5384、33.6851mg/L。在实际应用中建议使用0.6%氧苦·内酯AS进行防治。
In order to provide a theoretical basis for the prevention and control of the organic apricot garden pests, two kinds of organic pesticides were selected to conduct the efficacy test in the apricot orchard to prevent and cure the macular winged leaf moth and the peach aphid. The indoor toxicity was determined respectively. The results showed that the dosages of the formulation 0.6% oxytocin lactone AS 12mg / L and 5% natural pyrethrins EC 100mg / L had good effects on the prevention and control of peach aphid. The corrected control effects on the 7th day after application were 99% and 100% ; 0.6% oxymatrine lactone AS12mg / L control leafworm larvae of Phalaenopsis 7d after the control effect reached 93.75%, significantly better than 5% natural pyrethrin EC100mg / L. The virulence of 0.6% oxymatrine lactone AS and 5% natural pyrethrins EC against larvae of T. maculata were determined by sandwich virus method. The LC50 values were 5.7886 and 80.6836 mg / L, respectively, and 0.6% The toxicity values of oxymatrine lactone AS and 5% natural pyrethrin EC on peach aphid were 9.5384 and 33.6851 mg / L, respectively. In the practical application of 0.6% oxytocin lactone AS is recommended for prevention and treatment.
