课堂是学生学习的主阵地,提高课堂的教学效率,实现有效教学是教师的追求。实现有效教学需要做到四个词:用心,理清,盯紧,反思。
Classroom is the main front for students’ learning. It is the pursuit of teachers to improve the teaching efficiency in class and realize effective teaching. To achieve effective teaching need to do four words: hardworking, clarification, eyeing tight, reflection.
